Our facilities and fleet represent our most significant effects on the environment, and is an important focus area for us. Whether we’re promoting energy and fuel efficiency, supporting green vehicle initiatives, reducing paper use and other waste streams, using environmentally-sensitive cleaning products or rethinking how we train and educate our employees, we are expanding existing programs and crafting new strategies to reduce negative impacts.
We have identified a number of areas in which we can provide customers with services and tools to help them manage their environmental impacts, from eliminating paper billing statements, receipts and reports to carbon emissions tracking and transportation emissions data.
3. Procurement and Business Operations
The products and vehicles we purchase and the internal processes through which we conduct business also represent an important opportunity for us to reduce our environmental impact.
